No Return Policy

At Aromanova LLC, we ensure that all our products are delivered in perfect condition, 100% original, and sealed.
For hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

• Perfumes (in any presentation)

• Cosmetics and personal care products

• Any product that has been opened, used, or has a broken security seal

All sales are final.
We strongly recommend checking your product carefully before completing your purchase, as once it is processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

In the event that a product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipping, the customer must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order, providing photos and/or videos as evidence so we can process the corresponding claim with the carrier or supplier.
